Family Practice Physician Assistant Locums Job in California | Four 10-Hour Shifts or Five 8-Hour Shifts | Start ASAP or 1/6/2026 For 6-9 Months | Assignment #111588
Coverage Needed: Start ASAP or 1/6/2026 for 6-9 months
Shift Options:
-- Monday – Thursday, 7:30am – 5:30pm (4 10-hour shifts)
-- Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm (5 8-hour shifts)
Requirements:
-- Board certified
-- Must be licensed in California
-- BLS and DEA certifications
-- Charts to be completed within 72 hours
Assignment Details:
-- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
-- Follow up and manage patients with acute, complex, and chronic conditions
-- EMR: Cerner CareB
-- Support staff in clinic: Additional APP, 2 OB/GYNs, 1 Midwife, and 1 LCSW
-- Minimum volume of around 14-15 patients per day
-- Credentialing timeframe: 30 days
-- Will not just be seeing women patients
